河道淤泥固化处理工艺，包括以下步骤：

　　The solidification treatment process of river sludge includes the following steps:

　　预处理：采用泵水设备将河道内的表水抽排干净，直至露出河道底部的淤泥;

　　Pretreatment: pump the surface water in the river channel with water pump equipment until the sludge at the bottom of the river channel is exposed;

　　步骤一：对待固化处理的河道段的淤泥进行深度测量获得该河道段的淤泥深度，以及对该河道段的淤泥进行取样获得淤泥样本，对淤泥样本进行测试分析得出该河道段淤泥的成分以及含水率;

　　Step 1: measure the depth of the sludge of the river section to be solidified to obtain the sludge depth of the river section, sample the sludge of the river section to obtain the sludge sample, test and analyze the sludge sample to obtain the composition and moisture content of the sludge of the river section;

　　步骤二：根据步骤一得出的淤泥的成分，进行固化剂种类的选择，根据步骤一得出的淤泥的含水率确定固化剂与水的配比再进行混合，形成固化剂混合液;

　　Step 2: select the type of curing agent according to the composition of sludge obtained in step 1, determine the ratio of curing agent and water according to the moisture content of sludge obtained in step 1, and then mix to form a curing agent mixture;

　　步骤三：将固化剂混合液通过加压后以高压旋喷的方式直接水平喷入河道淤泥中，并使固化剂混合液到达步骤一测量得出的淤泥的深度;

　　Step 3: directly and horizontally spray the curing agent mixture into the river sludge by means of high-pressure rotary jet after pressurization, and make the curing agent mixture reach the depth of sludge measured in step 1;

　　步骤四：河道淤泥固化后产出固化土，使用挖掘设备挖出河道内的固化土并运输到指定位置。

　　Step 4: after the river sludge is solidified, the solidified soil is produced, and the solidified soil in the river is excavated with excavation equipment and transported to the designated location.
